Stress Tested for Extreme Conditions

Stamp Seed titanium plates are designed to withstand heat, pressure, and corrosion to protect your seed phrase

Stress Test
Demonstrations

Our titanium plates are rigorously tested for long-term durability to protect your seed phrase

Blowtorch Test

This titanium plate was exposed to direct blowtorch flame to simulate extreme heat conditions.

Titanium withstands up to 3,000°F, nearly 3x hotter than an average house fire.

Test:

Blowtorch (700K BTU).

Max flame temp: 3,400°F (tip).

Result:

No data loss.
Slight discoloration only.
Max recorded temp: 1,988°F (infrared thermometer).

Hot Coals Test

This titanium plate was placed beneath burning coals to simulate prolonged heat exposure.

Titanium withstands up to 3,000°F, nearly 3x hotter than an average house fire.

Test:

Placed directly on hot coals for 2 hours.

Result:

No data loss.
Slight discoloration only.
Max recorded temp: 1,279°F (infrared thermometer).

Corrosion Test

Tested against water, humidity, and corrosive conditions to validate long-term durability.

Titanium is exceptionally resistant to corrosion and does not rust.

Test:

Submerged in salt water for 1 year.

Result:

No data loss or corrosion.
Surface buildup only (easily cleaned).

Crush Test

Extreme force was applied to test the structural strength of the titanium plate.

Deeply stamped letters in a solid plate ensure your data remains legible after impact or compression.

Test:

Repeated bending and crushing using hammers and vices.

Result:

No data loss.
Letters remain clearly stamped.
